Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@cheperhearingaid.co.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact our customer support team to request an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
